At Frame Portrait, every canvas we print is made-to-order and carefully crafted just for you. Since each artwork is personalized with your photos, dimensions, and design preferences, please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items:
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on the following:
Custom photo prints on canvas
Personalized artwork with names, quotes, dates, or custom text
Canvas orders in custom sizes, colors, or layouts
Gifts or décor made specifically for a person, home, or event
Why? These items are uniquely made for you and cannot be restocked or resold. As a small business focused on custom art, we appreciate your understanding.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives:
Damaged in transit
With a printing defect
In the wrong size or design (different from what you ordered)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll quickly offer a solution — whether it’s a replacement, partial refund, or another fair resolution.
Before You Order:
Make sure your photo is high-quality (sharp, well-lit, not pixelated)
Double-check the canvas size, orientation (horizontal/vertical), and layout
